Yoga · Education · Research
Yoga means union; Kulam means a centre of education and excellence, like a Guru-Kulam. We bring authentic yoga into children’s education so every child can grow in body, mind and heart.
समत्वं योग उच्यते “Yoga is balance of mind” (Bhagavad Gita 2.48)

About Yog-Kulam
Yog-Kulam uses ancient methods of learning and focuses on education, training and research in yoga. We aim to deepen understanding of yoga as a way of life, protect the authenticity of its ancient knowledge, work with organisations that share our aims and help bring communities together.
Yoga as part of modern education, supporting every child’s all-round development and helping each child reach their full potential.
To bring together modern education and ancient yoga, and to teach yoga’s techniques and tools within the school system.
To work with schools and other places of learning to build children’s physical, mental and emotional strengths.
